How Northbound started.
Marcus Reid started this in 2020 after years as a senior at a large agency. The work was good, the machine was slow. He wanted to build something leaner, where quality and speed weren’t in conflict. Northbound is that thing. Berlin-based, remote-friendly, and focused on one thing: helping ambitious companies show up the way they deserve to.
